Kolkata, January, 2024–Cup eবং Cafe, a beloved name in the culinary scene, is delighted to announce its relocation to a new, centrally located property with a significantly larger space. This move comes after five successful years in Kalikapur, where the cafe became a food hub, attracting visitors from Kolkata, suburbs, and beyond.

The address for the new location is 58 E Hindustan Park, ground floor, Golpark Gariahat, beside Byloom, Kolkata 700029. Operating from 8 am to 10:30 pm every day, the cafe aims to be a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing an intimate and serene space for patrons.

The cafe, spanning 1400 sqft, offers a homely and cozy ambiance with distinct indoor AC and non-AC outdoor seating arrangements for smokers.

The cafe’s core concept revolves around offering the best and finest preservative-free food at reasonable rates, with a strong emphasis on quality. The move to a larger space aims to accommodate the growing number of patrons who have flocked to taste Cup eবং Cafe’s delectable offerings.

The inspiration behind the name, “Cup eবং” or “Cup eBong,” reflects the cafe’s commitment to serving more than just coffee and tea. Amit Halder, the founder, explains that it signifies “Coffee, Tea, and lots more,” embodying the essence of Bengali ‘বং আড্ডা’ (Bong Adda).

With a menu boasting signature dishes and drinks, including Darjeeling Meat Platters, English Breakfast, Chicken Stew, and unique options like Duck Egg Devil, Cup A Bong Cafe stands out as a culinary destination.

Amit Halder expresses, “Come as friends, leave as family,” capturing the essence of the cafe’s warm and welcoming atmosphere. Notably, Cup A Bong Cafe is not a themed establishment but rather an “Aamaar Priyo Cafe & a Pet-friendly Cafe,” open to all age groups and furry friends.
