Bhootpori is coming all its way to entertain you with its heartwarming story in the theatres from 9th of February
1st January, 2024: On the occasion of new year Surinder Films revealed the official release date for their much anticipated adorable horror story, Bhootpori starring Jaya Ahsan, Ritwick Chakraborty, Shantilal Mukherjee, Sudipta Chakraborty and Bishantak Mukherjee.
The tale of a woman who passes away and a little boy who meets the restless soul of the departed woman. The woman seeks help from the little boy to unravel the mystery behind her death. Jaya Ahsan will portray the character of the ghost, and the child’s character will be portrayed by Bishantak Mukherjee. The film also stars Ritwick Chakraborty, Sudipta Chakraborty, Shantilala Mukherjee in the lead roles.
“The film does not just remain limited to horror and ghost. While unraveling the truth behind the woman’s murder the film touches upon the crime-thriller genre as well.” said Jaya Ahsan.
Excited about the release director Soukarya Ghosal said, “Bhooter Raja from Goopy Gayen Bagha Byne always fascinated me. I always wanted to make a film which deals with the friendly bond between ghost and human. Eventually discovers the fun and the dangers of it.”
To further elevate the film’s ambiance, the musical score will be composed by the talented Nabarun Bose.Directed by Soukarya Ghosal, Bhootpori starring Jaya Ahsan, Ritwick Chakraborty, Shantilal Mukherjee, Sudipta Chakraborty and Bishantak Mukherjee will have a grand release on the 9th February in the theatres near you.
